Silver Line Packages

Telkom's Silver Line packages are designed to streamline your communication needs and to make your existing Call Answer service work harder for you. The Silver Line Package range consists of 4 packages namely.

The Silver Line offerings are:

  • Silver Line Call Answer : Line, 30 "free minutes" talk time during CallMore Time, Standard CallAnswer
  • Silver Line CallCatcher : Line, 30 "free minutes" talk time during CallMore Time, CallCatcher
  • Silver Line MultiCall Plus: Line, 30 "free minutes" talk time during CallMore Time, MultiCall Plus
  • Silver Line Call Answer on ISDN 2 and ISDN 2a : Line, 30 "free minutes" talk time during CallMore Time, Standard CallAnswer for ISDN Customers

  • Monthly phone line rental
  • Call Answer :
    • 15 messages per mailbox;
    • Saves messages for 10 days;
    • Facilitates a variety of message greetings including Funtastic greetings;
  • 30 FREE Callmore minutes per month

Common to these 4 packages is the 30 FREE Callmore minutes per month

  • Mobility and confidentiality : Messages can be retrieved from any tone-dialling telephone by using your secret code.

Product specific Terms and Conditions
  • Silver Line Packages are only available to single line Residential customers.
  • Only customers connected to a digital exchange can apply.
  • This plan is unfortunately not available to: Customers connected to manual exchanges; Business or Corporate customers (only residential customers).
  • Free minutes are only valid for local and long distance calls during Callmore time.
  • A Silver Line Customer will get the first 30 minutes during Callmore time for free. The 30 minutes will start when the bill cycle starts.
  • Configuration of the package cannot be changed.
  • The 30 free Callmore minutes are not applicable to:
    • ISP numbers;
    • Smart Access and Premium rate numbers (e.g. 086, 080);
    • Cellphone numbers (e.g. 08 and 07);
    • Special numbers (e.g. 1023);
    • Operator assisted calls;
    • Collect calls;
    • International numbers.
  • The 30 free Callmore minutes will not accumulate and therefore will not be carried over to the following month.
