Serving residential customers across South Africa, Telkom Consumer is a dedicated business unit within the Telkom Group. We provide voice and data services to customers in their homes, using Telkom's national fixed-line network and mobile consumer brand, 8•ta.
Telkom Consumer has a presence in all nine provinces through 130 Telkom Direct retail outlets and a nationwide skills base of technicians and sales, marketing, product and support teams. The business unit is led by Manelisa Mavuso, Managing Director.
